Our most recent mission trip (August 3-12, 2007) was just concluded as we ministered in the country of Belize.

There was a total of 28 who joined in on this mission trip. The church building project was headed up by Beech Springs Tabernacle Pastor Sony Horton under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Eric Boggs. It was a joy to work with this church as well as several others who took part. In addition Pastor Gene tells us that "many groups have been to Belize this summer and without exception the people go back feeling they have received as much if not more than they gave. I told your group at the island and will tell you now, as well as all who read this page. Like the Floridians say about Florida, the Belizeans say as well. "Come to Belize, get the sand in your shoes and it will always bring you back."  Is it any wonder the island is always our last stop?  If you have been to Belize, I hope you went back with your shoes full of sand, if so, see you soon."

Some of the blessings we brought to the people of Belize:

• A large outside restroom. (out-house)
• A concrete floor and stage for their building.
• A sign for the front of the church building.
• Locking wooden shutters for all the windows.
• Completion of the metal roof.
• Electrical wiring for the entire building.
• Installation of 6 ceiling fans.
• Thousands of dollars in medical care for numerous children.
• Our prayers, faith, ministry time and much more!
