Gospel Tabernacle accepts the whole Bible, as the sole authority of Christian doctrine, and it is the only rule of faith and practice in life and conduct.

The Gospel Tabernacle "Statement of Faith" gives a brief list of the major doctrines upon which Gospel Tabernacle is founded.  Here is a list of those statements. 

We believe in ... 

•  1. The Scriptures Inspired …the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God.

•  2. The One true God …there is one God, eternally existent, in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.

•  3. The Deity Of The Lord Jesus Christ  …in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule a thousand years.

•  4. The Fall Of Man ...the fall of mankind and that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ.

•  5. The Salvation Of Man ...regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

•  6. Ordinances Of The Church ...in water baptism by immersion and ...in Holy Communion.

•  7. The Baptism In The Holy Ghost ...the baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.

•  8. The Initial Physical Evidence Of The Baptism In The Holy Ghost ...the physical evidence of the baptism in the Holy Ghost is speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance.

•  9. Sanctification ...in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.

•  10. The Church And Its Mission ...in the ministry and mission of the Church for the spreading of the Gospel and the establishment of the Kingdom of God.

•  11. The Ministry ...in a God called and ordained ministry.

•  12. Divine Healing ...the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.

•  13. The Blessed Hope  ...in the blessed hope - the rapture of the Church at Christ's coming.

•  14. The Millennial Reign Of Christ ...the millennial reign of Christ on earth to establish the Kingdom of God.

•  15. The Final Judgment ...in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.

•  16. The New Heavens And the New Earth ...in the new Heavens and the new Earth.
